The people behind the advisory. Experienced practitioners who assess, advise, and govern alongside your team.
AnnMarie Nayiga is the co-founder and CEO of CyReauX, an AI training, governance, and cybersecurity advisory firm built for the organizations the industry overlooks: small and mid-sized businesses and higher education institutions facing enterprise-level threats without a CISO or security team. She co-founded CyReauX in 2025 after a decade in the field watching organizations absorb the consequences of missing cybersecurity and AI expertise.
She began as a SOC analyst on rotating shifts, triaging alerts and investigating suspicious activity across network, endpoint, and authentication telemetry, and was promoted into client advisory within six months. Over the next three years at an MSSP, she deployed and ran SIEM, IPS, EDR, and vulnerability management programs and guided organizations through NIST, CIS, GDPR, and FedRAMP obligations most could not handle on their own. As incident commander on major incidents, she coordinated containment across global response teams and client stakeholders while translating events for executives making real-time decisions.
She also designed, built, and scaled a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center from inception to full operation in eight months, then developed it into a client-facing Security as a Service offering that took the company from a single consumer offering into a new managed-services market. Along the way, she grew the analyst team from 4 to 20 across multiple time zones and cut alert volume by 60%.
AnnMarie serves as Vice Chair of the board of Jolt Youth Initiative, a youth development nonprofit headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, that reaches young people aged 15 to 24 across multiple districts with education, health, entrepreneurship, and technology programming.
From the front lines of incident response to leading global SOC teams and nonprofit work, she has seen what happens when organizations are left unprotected, and she has made it her life's work to change that.
Dee Jackson leads the firm's technology and methodology, including PracTique, its AI assessment practice, and builds the AI-driven platforms and intelligent agent solutions that support CyReauX's advisory work.
Her path to that role runs through 12 years in IT and cybersecurity, with a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Norfolk State University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University. She started in application support, where she learned how real systems break and how to keep them secure. She moved into information security, where she strengthened endpoint compliance and security controls for a campus community. She then became a Senior Strategic Cybersecurity Advisor where she led cyber gap assessments that reduced client attack surface, designed more than 40 customized security awareness programs, and guided clients on endpoint protection and network monitoring.
One thread ran through every role: the best security program is one people actually understand. Dee has built her career on turning complex risk and compliance requirements, from NIST to CIS to AI governance, into clear, practical steps for technical and non-technical teams alike.
That passion for teaching is why she founded nextGEM Academy, CyReauX's STEM internship program. Many people never get a real way into cybersecurity, and nextGEM gives students and early-career talent hands-on experience working alongside practitioners on real client work. Dee believes organizations are protected when their people are educated, enabled, and empowered, and she brings that belief to every client and every intern.
Necole brings nearly a decade of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and engineering within the government sector. She brings a wealth of experience and a practical approach to overseeing operations, building relationships, and supporting the company's vision.
Necole is a proud alumna of Norfolk State University, where she earned both her bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity. Her educational background complements her professional experience, providing a foundation that spans both business and technology.
Guided by the belief that successful teams are built on trust, Necole values honesty, transparency, and open communication. She believes that when people are informed, supported, and working toward a common goal, they are better positioned to succeed together. Beyond her leadership responsibilities, she is passionate about mentorship and creating opportunities for the next generation of technology professionals to learn, grow, and thrive.
Jeff Walton is a customer experience leader helping CyReauX turn new customers into lasting ones. His approach was built from both sides of the table. As he puts it, "I don't just understand the lifecycle. I've lived it."
Jeff started his career as the customer. He spent sixteen years leading point-of-sale rollouts, large-format print and RIP deployments, and security remediation for a retail and e-commerce brand. He saw implementations that worked and implementations that failed, and he learned what customers remember long after the contract is signed.
Those lessons came together at Malwarebytes. Jeff was recruited as a founding member of its Managed Security Services business. Jeff was handed a blank page and built the global MSS onboarding program from scratch, serving enterprise accounts directly and SMBs through digital journeys and MSP partners. The results were 90% customer retention and an 88% enablement rate across more than 1,300 customers.
Today Jeff helps leadership teams design customer experience programs, build and coach Customer Success and Enablement teams, and set the operating rhythms that make results repeatable. His work rests on one belief: a customer's first 90 days decide how the next three years go. His clients get clear stage gates, training that teaches people their jobs instead of just the software, and hand-offs that never make a customer repeat themselves. With a B.A. in Theater Arts and Film from Humboldt State University, he knows that good training is also a good performance.

Autem brings extensive experience in educational leadership, organizational strategy, and responsible AI integration. A veteran educator and doctoral candidate, she combines practical expertise in teaching, data-informed decision-making, and systems-level analysis to help organizations approach AI with intention, clarity, and purpose. Her work centers on leveraging AI to strengthen human capacity, improve organizational processes, and support more informed, equitable decisions.
Autem’s approach to AI is grounded in the belief that technology should augment human capability, not replace human judgment, accountability, or relational expertise. She advocates for ethical, transparent, and equitable AI practices that prioritize privacy, accessibility, and meaningful human oversight. In education, she challenges traditional I Do, We Do, You Do instructional models in favor of intentional AI integration that positions the technology as a purposeful partner in inquiry, critical thinking, creation, and reflection. For Autem, AI should support the learning process, not become the learning outcome.
Guided by a commitment to equity, critical inquiry, and human-centered innovation, Autem helps organizations move beyond AI adoption for its own sake toward practices that are strategic, responsible, and grounded in real-world needs.
